The Tight Job Markets in India

The Job markets are so tight here in India, especially for the finance people, that all of us have to start from selling some or the other product. Even if you get into a financial company, you are selling a financial product.

No company is willingly giving a proper Job description to the Graduates or Post Graduate Freshers. The Post Graduates are tagged as Management Trainees. Even people who have had work experience prior to their Management studies are taken as no worth.

Every other firm or company wants an experienced professional. If no one is willing to give us work, where are we going to get the experience from????

It is all in the education system where we are only taught to mug up answers and vomit them out on our examination sheets. It is like you don't remember what happened the last semester and get into full swing this current semester. Semester after semester the same thing gets repeated. And you come out of the college not becoming a suitable employee but a well-trained parrot.

Come on Guys!! Wake up!!

Watch 3 idiots every semester..;)
