Women and Their Safety

Which world are we living in?? Aren’t women the same creatures as men? Don’t the women take birth to the same mother as a man does? Isn’t she your mother, sister, wife, daughter, friend, girlfriend, and much more?

Aren’t you taught to respect your women relatives? It is the woman (the mother) who inculcates these values in her children to respect both the genders equally. Sometimes we hear a 14 month old girl is brutally raped, a journalist girl accompanied by a male friend gang raped by some 4 boys.

Dear Nirbhaya, we are very sorry for whatever is going on right now in this nation. Women are being attacked in ATM’s, actress being attacked by a stalker at her home, and so much that is not printed.

After a much-hyped hullaballoo last year after the Nirbhaya case, we women still are not safe, not even in the CCTV bearing ATM counters.

We are asked to carry pepper sprays with us. Learn self-defense techniques; update your cell phones with quick-dials to your family members and what not. Why the men are not asked to “JUST MIND THEIR OWN WAYS”.
