Ingredients:
Mutton (250 grams)
Ginger (a piece)
Tomato (1 pc)
Black Pepper (whole)
(2-3)
Salt (as per
requirement)
Coriander leaves (2
tbsp)
Onion (1 medium
sliced)
Garlic (2-3 pc)
Cumin seeds (zeera)
(1 tsp)
Turmeric Powder
(Haldi powder) (1/2 tsp)
Water (1 glass)
Method:
In a vessel, put all
the above ingredients and let it cook till the mutton becomes tender.
It is advisable to
cook this in a pressure cooker, with 2-3 whistles.
This particular soup
is very healthy and beneficial in winters.
